Job Title: Lab Tech Ops – Central Weigh – 2nd Shift
Location: Branchburg, NJ 08876
Shift: Mon–Fri | 3:00 PM–11:30 PM | 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $23/hr on W2, including shift differential
Job Summary
The Lab Tech Ops – Central Weigh position is responsible for weighing and dispensing raw materials for manufacturing/process orders while maintaining accurate inventory and GMP documentation. The candidate will work with SAP, batch records, raw-material inventory, and warehouse/laboratory operations in a regulated cGMP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Weigh and dispense raw materials according to SOPs and batch records
- Accurately document materials, methods, and results in batch records
- Perform SAP transactions for raw materials, dispensed materials, and IORs
- Maintain accurate raw-material inventory
- Monitor and adjust inventory as needed
- Manage workload and priorities based on business/customer needs
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Communicate project status and significant findings to supervisors
- Follow cGMP, cGDP, and OSHA requirements
- Maintain clean and GMP-compliant laboratory, warehouse, and satellite areas
- Complete required training and participate in OJT
- Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Basic MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work under cGMP guidelines
- Ability to coordinate/implement production schedules
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs daily
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
