What You'll Do

As an IDD Program Support Coordinator, you will:

Financial Stewardship

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for revenue cycle management and charge reconciliation.
  • Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and fulfillment of participant service frequency and duration.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and refresher courses to maintain assessment quality and consistency.

Performance-Based Contracting and Other Data Tracking/Integrity

  • Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data related to performance-based contracts and service delivery.
  • Develop and manage tracking systems, dashboards, and reports to monitor progress toward contract benchmarks.
  • Analyze data trends to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to funders, regulators, and leadership within established timelines.
  • Collaborate with program managers and frontline staff to ensure data integrity and timely submission of required information.

Staff Deployment

  • Schedules staff in appropriate ratio based on service frequency and duration.
  • Coordinate with residential staff, day staff, and program manager to manage participant attendance
  • Collaborate with program specialist to reconcile participant unit utilization based on current authorizations.

QualificationsRequired

• High School Diploma or Associates in Healthcare Administration or related field, preferred or Equivalent education and work experience
ACRE Certification required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IDD services, compliance, Medicaid reimbursement, or program operations
• Strong organizational, data management, and reporting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with program leadership, providers, and community partners
• Proficiency with computers, databases, and standard business software applications

Preferred

• Experience with Supports Intensity Scale® (SIS) assessments
• Experience with Medicaid-funded services and reimbursement processes
• Knowledge of IDD regulations and person-centered service delivery

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Schedule based on program and operational needs
• Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel may be required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stoop, twist, climb stairs, and drive a vehicle as needed
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
