This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the trade and build a stable, long-term career with a respected local company.Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday (occasional overtime, evenings, and weekends may be required)Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experiencePrimary Responsibilities: Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems while maintaining high safety standards and delivering excellent customer service.Required Qualifications:Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work at heights and use scissor/genie lifts safelyStrong mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool knowledgeWillingness to learn and follow installation best practicesCommitment to safety protocols and attention to detailPositive attitude and strong customer service skillsPreferred Qualifications:Trade school training or at least 6 months experience as an HVAC Install HelperMechanical and tool knowledge highly preferredEPA 608 Certification (preferred)Previous construction or mechanical experienceAbility to read basic blueprints and diagramsAt Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning, we invest in our people and offer opportunities for ongoing training and career advancement.
