Administrative Assistant

Absolute Finish is looking for a dependable, highly available Personal Assistant to work directly with our owner and help keep his day organized, efficient, and on track.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, adaptable, organized, and comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks. You do not need to be an advanced computer expert, but you should be comfortable with basic technology, email, calendars, online research, documents, scheduling, and learning new systems.

Responsibilities may include managing schedules and reminders, running errands, making calls, following up with customers or vendors, organizing information, assisting with paperwork and computer tasks, coordinating appointments, helping prepare for meetings or job-site visits, and handling miscellaneous day-to-day tasks as they arise.

The biggest requirement for this position is availability and reliability. The ideal candidate has a very flexible schedule and is able to adjust when plans change. This is not a good fit for someone with significant scheduling conflicts or limited availability. We need someone who can consistently be counted on when needed.

Pay: $18–$25/hour depending on experience, capability, and level of responsibility.

Location: Charleston / Summerville area with local travel as needed.
