Our customer in McHenry,Illinoisis seeking a reliable and organized Clerical Assistant to join their team on 1st shift. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities of theClerical Assistant:
- Prepare and type customer quotes accurately and efficiently.
- File and organize documents, records, and paperwork.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry.
- Answer phones and provide basic customer service support as needed.
- Support office staff with daily operational needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Clerical Assistant:Requirements and Qualifications:
- Computerskills.
- Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attendance record.
- Professional communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Pay forClerical Assistant:Starting at $15-$18/hour.
