Job description: RBT must
- Implement treatments plans and interventions established by behavior analyst
- provide behavior interventions with children and adolescents using a variety of applied behavior analysis techniques in the home, community, and/or school
- manage and handle patients with behavioral problems
- develop and initiate safety standards for patients at all times
- monitor, record and document observations of patient behavior
- modify daily activities of patients appropriate for behavioral interventions
- instruct and counsel children and adolescents on positive behavior aspects
- maintain and manage clean and safe environment for patients
- develop and initiate appropriate recreational activities for patients; and recognize and report any abuse.
Requirements:
- Must pass criminal background check LEVEL 2
- Reliable means of transportation with proof of car insurance
- Liability insurance
- Experience working with children/adolescents. At least 1 year working in the field of ABA
