The Inventory Control Coordinator supports the ERP system by creating and managing ordering systems, analyzing discrepancies, and managing other shipping and receiving requests. This individual interacts with Planning, Quality Control, R&D, Shipping and Receiving, Management, Purchasing, and external Customers and Auditors. Key competencies: Analytical Skills, Communication & Presentation Skills, and Mathematical Skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Cycle Count in MES
  • Cycle count packaging
  • Research all variance codes in association with inventory movements
  • Assist production in locating lost material
  • Perform material checks in warehouse as needed
  • Communicate with Production, Logistics, and Quality on process improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain accuracy in relation to “work in process” locations
  • Process all Transfer Order Requests for R&D
  • Assist in the disposal and completion of QNs
  • Other duties in support of company objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Inventory experience preferred.
  • Computer literate.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a shipping/receiving warehouse environment.
  • Flavor industry experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
