STraffic America is seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and enhance cloud-based applications that support innovative transportation and mobility solutions throughout North America.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot
- Build scalable REST APIs and backend services
- Create modern, responsive user interfaces from Figma designs
- Develop and optimize PostgreSQL database structures and queries
- Deploy and maintain applications within AWS environments
- Improve CI/CD processes using GitLab and Jenkins
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure reliability and performance
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams in an Agile environment
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
- Strong experience with:
- Java
- React
- TypeScript
- Spring Boot
- HTML/CSS
- REST APIs
- PostgreSQL
- Experience working in AWS cloud environments
- Familiarity with Git-based source control systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Experience
- AWS services including EC2, ECS, S3, and RDS
- CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins
- Kafka, Redis, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Agile development methodologies
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
- Knowledge of transportation, mobility, or IoT solutions
