Overview

Atrium partners with an array of clients throughout the US; we are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Account Director that is excited to grow their career by playing a key role in how our client manages their temporary workforce and hiring initiatives.

The AccountDirectorwill be accountable for the management of several complex clients within Atrium’s Contingent Workforce division. TheAccount Directorwillbe responsible formaintainingand growing the strong existing relationship with these clients and leading an internal team of Account Coordinators.In this role, the AccountDirectorwill manage the master service and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure contractual compliance.

A qualified Candidate must be excellent at building relationships, whileremainingorganized andofferexcellent multi-tasking and superior written/verbal skills to ensure time.


Responsibilities

On any given day, as an AccountDirectoryou will:

  • Manage internal teams’ daily workflow and operations
  • Serve as the client’s primary liaison for all operational and strategic inquiries; manage and build relationships with client end-users
  • Ensure program adoption and compliance
  • Work closely with the client to resolve any invoice, accounting, or personnel issues
  • Generate, audit, and distribute client reports as needed
  • Proactively diagnose and resolve escalated issuesin a timely manner
  • Hold staff meetings to ensure knowledge sharing among the clients’ team members
  • Attend meetings with internal management teams to discuss on client related developments, issues, and concerns
  • Recommend,initiate, and implement improvements to the clients’ contingent workforce program as appropriate
  • Stay abreast of all current employment lawspertaining tothe contingent workforce population
  • Serve as the primary point of Program escalation
  • Understand the detailed nuances ofthe serviceofferings and operational procedures.
  • Establish andmaintaina professional working relationship with Client contacts, which adds credibility and positiveperceptionof Atrium.
  • Work closely with various Atrium and Client (Management, HR, Finance, others) Stakeholders to build strong professional relationships which contribute to overall Program adoption, development, and success.
  • Participate in Client calls related to various Program engagement requests, including but not limited to Temporary Resource onboarding, high-level assignments, technology, billing and more
  • Build andmaintainpipelines of candidates within the Client’s applicant tracking system that aligns with the Client's needs andanticipatedhiring needs while ensuring consistent execution of a recruiting plan to always ensure the right quantity and quality of talent from multiple sources.
  • Become familiar with state-specific payroll laws and worker classifications thatimpactthe requisitions and offers made to TemporaryResources; pursuecontinuing education in these areas to become a subject matter expert.
  • Address and resolve any service or invoice-related concerns or billing discrepancies.
  • Prepare the delivery of Client reporting (weekly, monthly, and annual headcount and attrition reports) to provide ongoing program summaries and business intelligence to Client, create Quarterly Business Reviews and trainingpresentationsand support other projects as needed
  • Troubleshoot Client and Temporary Resource escalations
