Assistant Manager

As our Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business while delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in managing daily operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently.
• Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
• Supporting administrative tasks to keep the business organized and on track.
• Jumping into various roles as needed to support our small business team.
• Communicating effectively with team members and customers to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Helping with our marketing efforts, planning and organizing.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative and/or retail setting.
• A proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and team members.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of a small business environment.
• Weekend availability - we all assist in covering our Saturdays at the shop, at least 2/month will be required. We will also need help during the holiday season when the shop is busier.
