CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Project Specialist III.

Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Newton, NC
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required

Description

Project Specialist III provides project management, administrative, procurement, scheduling, resource coordination, vendor management, documentation, and reporting support to Project Managers and project teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years supporting Project Managers and project teams
• 3+ years of procurement/order management experience
• Project scheduling, resource coordination, meeting coordination, and project tracking
• Budget tracking, reporting, documentation, and risk management
• Vendor/contractor coordination and invoice resolution
• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar
• Strong organization, communication, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Project Management certification strongly preferred: PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or similar
• SAP/ERP experience preferred

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination and procurement experience
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• PMP, CAPM, or other Project Management certification preferred
