About the Position
Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) is seeking an experienced CAC Mobile Assistance Team (CACMAT) Team Manager to support the U.S. Army’s DEERS/RAPIDS, Common Access Card (CAC), and Military ID Card program.
The CACMAT Team Manager will lead a team that conducts assessments of Army ID card facilities in the United States and overseas. This position is responsible for planning assessment activities, supervising team members, coordinating with Army stakeholders, and ensuring facilities follow applicable DEERS, RAPIDS, CAC, and Military ID Card policies and procedures.
This is an on-site position at Fort Knox, Kentucky, with CONUS and OCONUS travel required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the CACMAT’s day-to-day operations.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate site assessments of Army ID card facilities worldwide.
- Coordinate assessment visits with installation leadership and Government points of contact.
- Ensure assessments are completed in accordance with applicable Army, DoD, DEERS, RAPIDS, CAC, and Military ID Card requirements.
- Lead assessment in-briefs and out-briefs with local Government supervisors and installation staff.
- Review assessment results, identify compliance issues, and provide on-the-spot training and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and submit assessment reports, checklists, schedules, and related documentation within required timeframes.
- Coordinate team assignments, travel, and assessment logistics efficiently.
- Conduct follow-up reviews with sites requiring re-assessment.
- Maintain productive communication with Government stakeholders and support resolution of operational issues.
- Ensure consistent use of quality standards and CACMAT inspection procedures.
- Perform CONUS and OCONUS travel as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience as a Site Security Manager (SSM).
- At least one year of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in RAPIDS, DEERS, CAC, Military ID Card policies, and CACMAT inspection procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required Government background investigation, credentials, and installation access.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting U.S. Army or other DoD personnel, ID card, or access-control programs.
- Experience conducting compliance inspections, operational assessments, or quality assurance reviews.
- Experience delivering training or briefing Government and military stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating travel and leading teams supporting geographically dispersed locations.
