Funiro Global Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse and logistics operations at our Irving location. This role works closely with warehouse teams, carriers, and internal departments.
Duties
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Track orders and shipment status
• Maintain accurate warehouse records
• Support inventory control activities
• Communicate with carriers and warehouse staff
• Resolve routine shipping discrepancies
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to work reliably on-site
Extra Skills (Optional)
• Experience with WMS or inventory systems
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Familiarity with carrier documentation
