As our
Construction Management Intern, you will gain the fundamental handson experience that will drive your career in the construction industry. Your learning mindset and passion for building will support successful project execution while contributing to a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.In this role, you will work with project teams from preconstruction through closeout ensuringwork is performed in accordance with project requirements, schedules, and safety standards.Your daytoday activities may consist of reviewing plans, assisting with submittals and RFIs, quantity takeoffs, schedule updates, meeting notes, site logistics, quality control efforts, safety documentation, and coordination with subcontractors and inspectors.Successful interns in this role are team players, motivated, dependable, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in construction management.Your Skills

Your Background
Currently enrolled in a construction management, civil engineering, or related program preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, drawings, and terminology.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with field and office teams.
Strong organizational skills with a desire to learn and grow in a fastpaced construction setting.
Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and safetyminded with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to construction software is a plus.
Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
