Terra Stoneworks is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential stone and countertop projects from kickoff through completion. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable coordinating multiple projects while working closely with estimating, production, scheduling, and installation teams.

You’ll serve as the key point of contact throughout the project, making sure expectations are clear, details are accurate, timelines stay on track, and customers receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Compensation & Benefits

On-Target Earnings: $110,000+

Compensation:

$100,000+ On Target Earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Coordinate with estimating, production, scheduling, and installation teams to maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle to deliver superior results.
  • Facilitate team meetings to foster collaboration and address any project-related challenges promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently.
  • Ability to serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, maintaining clear and effective communication.
  • Proven track record of reviewing project details, including plans, specifications, and timelines, to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Strong coordination skills to work seamlessly with estimating, production, scheduling, and installation teams.
  • Proficiency in monitoring project schedules and proactively addressing any delays or issues that may arise.
  • Experience in coordinating material selections, approvals, and installations to meet project requirements.
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns and project issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels throughout the project lifecycle.
