Help create safe, functional spaces as a key member of our field team. You’ll take on vital labor tasks that set every project up for success from ground prep to final cleanup while learning from seasoned professionals and advancing your construction skill set.
Your Impact
- Keep crews moving by supplying materials and tools and holding components in place
- Prepare sites: dig trenches, compact soil, and backfill to spec
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding and temporary works
- Maintain tidy, safe, and organized work areas and equipment
- Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials efficiently
- Perform demanding outdoor work across all seasons, including extreme heat
Qualifications
- Clean Driver’s License REQUIRED!
- Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Motivation to learn a trade and grow on the job
- Baseline proficiency with construction tasks and jobsite safety
