We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Valet / Loaner Department Assistant. Position Summary:
This role requires you to spend most of your time outdoors, actively walking around, cleaning, and vacuuming vehicles. You will be trained to safely and efficiently move vehicles around the lot and must be comfortable on your feet for extended periods. Proficiency with an iPad is required for loaner vehicle management and guest communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
  • Answer guests' questions and collect relevant vehicle information.
    • Determine guests' service needs, prepare initial service orders, and direct guests appropriately.
  • Maintain service traffic flow and parking accountability.
  • Record customers' names, VINs, tag numbers, mileage, and note any vehicle damage.
  • Keep the service area clean and free of dirt, water, and debris.
  • Provide courteous, professional service to all customers.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance.
  • Work in the "Car Wash" area (driving vehicles, vacuuming, cleaning, returning vehicles).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including assisting with vehicle deliveries.
  • Assist in the Loaner Department:
    • Create loaner agreements using an iPad.
    • Communicate loaner terms and conditions with clients.
    • Inventory and manage loaner vehicles for daily operations.
    • Support other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working outdoors for up to 90% of the workday, regardless of weather conditions.
  • Able to walk, stand, clean, and vacuum vehicles for most of your shift.
  • Will be trained to move vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and perform light lifting.
  • Proficient with iPads or similar technology.
  • Capable of maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to accommodate extended work hours as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
