General Cleaner

The General Cleaner plays a vital role in upholding the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our clients' facilities. This is a 2nd shift position responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks and ensuring all assigned areas are clean, safe, and presentable. The General Cleaner is expected to maintain a high standard of cleanliness while working efficiently and following all company and client-specific procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
• Refill restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Wipe down desks, tables, counters, and other surfaces
• Perform scheduled deep cleaning tasks (e.g., carpet shampooing, floor waxing)
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow company safety protocols
• Maintain thecleanliness of the cleaning equipment and storage areas
• Lock and secure premises after cleaning when required
