Production Associate

Buff City Soap - Collierville is on the hunt for a passionate and detail-oriented Makery Associate to join our team in Collierville, TN. As a Makery Associate, you’ll play a key role in crafting the Buff City Soap experience for our customers. Your day-to-day will include:

• Creating Products: Handcrafting our signature soaps, bath bombs, and other personal care items with precision and care.
• Customer Interaction: Assisting customers with product selections, answering questions, and providing an exceptional in-store experience.
• Maintaining Quality: Ensuring all products meet our high standards for quality and consistency.
• Store Upkeep: Keeping the Makery clean, organized, and stocked to create a welcoming environment.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with your teammates to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.

We’re seeking someone who brings energy, creativity, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or environment.
• A strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and processes accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with both customers and team members.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality.
