Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a diverse book of business, focusing on small and middle-market accounts. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000
Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business, primarily consisting of small market accounts with some middle-market accounts (premiums of $50,000+).
- Provide day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts, including policy changes, endorsements, and client inquiries.
- Handle new business and renewal marketing, including quoting and placement of policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize EZLynx and Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial agency experience (candidates with strong tenure in captive agencies will also be considered).
- Preferred: 3+ years of commercial agency experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx and familiarity with Applied EPIC (or willingness to learn).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a client-focused mindset.
- Work Environment: Fully onsite role with potential for hybrid arrangements based on performance and discussion.
