Machine Operator

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Machine Operator to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires someone who is comfortable operating industrial machinery, maintaining production standards, and working a rotating schedule.

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment

• Load materials into machines and remove finished products

• Inspect products for quality and identify defects

• Make basic machine adjustments as needed

• Maintain production goals and follow established procedures

• Keep the work area clean and organized

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Report equipment issues or production concerns to the supervisor

• Perform other production duties as assigned

Schedule:

• Rotating schedule

• Must be flexible and available to work scheduled rotation days

• Schedule may include weekdays and weekends

• Must be dependable and able to report to all scheduled shifts

Requirements:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Must be comfortable with physical work and lifting as required

• Strong attendance and reliability are required

• Must be willing and able to work a rotating schedule
