Part-Time Community Association Manager

The Part-Time Community Association Manager will oversee multiple property types including residential communities, mixed-use developments, and commercial properties. This role involves managing member relations, coordinating meetings, overseeing facilities, managing vendors, and handling communications. Occasional travel between community sites is required to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using specialized community association management (CAM) software, general office tools, and custom in-house applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with community members to address concerns and promote engagement
• Coordinate and facilitate community and board meetings efficiently
• Oversee facility maintenance and ensure compliance with standards
• Manage vendor contracts, services, and performance
• Handle communication between residents, board members, and contractors

• Entry-level experience in community association management
• Knowledge of community association management principles
