Senior Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support month-end close and day-to-day accounting activities
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial schedules, and reporting
• Analyze financial results, variances, and trends and communicate key findings to management
• Assist with financial reporting and related compliance requirements
• Support audits, internal controls, and other reporting initiatives
• Assist with multi-entity accounting and consolidations as needed
• Review work and provide guidance to more junior team members
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives
• Help implement and optimize accounting systems and technology
• Take on special projects and other responsibilities as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA preferred or CPA-eligible
• 3–5 years of accounting and/or audit experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to support month-end close and other time-sensitive deadlines
