Event Operator - CDL Required

Location: Parrish, FL | Travel throughout Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Tampa, Clearwater & St. Petersburg

This is a perfect role for someone who enjoysdriving commercial, state-of-the-art vehicles while also interacting with people!

In this role, you will drive one of our40-foot mobile healthcare clinics, which are custom-built Ford Freightliner trucks equipped with stabilizers and slide-outs that allow us to provide full-service dermatology care to patients in communities and businesses throughout Florida.

Similar to a mobile blood drive operation, you will drive the mobile clinic from our storage facility inParrish, FL to the location we are servicing for the day. Once you arrive, you will set up the clinic and prepare it for patients.

During the day, you will assist with the patient experience by checking patients into their appointments, collecting their driver's license and insurance information, and uploading the necessary information into our electronic health record.

At the end of the day, you will close and secure the mobile clinic and drive it back to our storage facility in Parrish.

This position requires a CDL, but driving is only approximately 20% of the role. The remaining 80% is focused on customer service and interacting with patients and the OnSpot team.

Our mobile medical clinics travel throughout Florida to provide convenient, high-quality dermatology services to communities and companies. Our vehicles include a reception and waiting area, private exam rooms, custom surgical suites, and a fully integrated Mohs clinical and histopathology workflow.

Our mobile medical vehicles are equipped with hydraulic stabilizers, HVAC, wheelchair lifts, and 360-degree rotating Midmark exam chairs to maximize accessibility and patient comfort.

• Safely operate and transport a 40-foot mobile medical clinic throughout Florida.
• Primary travel areas will includeSarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg.
• Begin each shift by picking up the mobile clinic at our Parrish storage facility.
• Drive the mobile clinic to the scheduled location and meet the OnSpot provider and support team.
• Set up and prepare the mobile clinic for the day's patients.
• Assist with checking patients into their appointments.
• Collect and upload patient identification and insurance information into our electronic health record.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients throughout the day.
• Assist with closing and securing the mobile clinic at the end of the patient day.
• Safely return the mobile clinic to the Parrish storage facility.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the mobile clinic is ready for each day's operations.

Typical Schedule:
Patients are generally seen for an 8-hour period, with additional time required for transportation and setup/tear-down. A typical workday may be approximately 12–14 hours, depending on the location and schedule.

• CDL required.
