Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms
- Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid supply shortages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers
- Review and reconcile invoices, resolving any discrepancies with vendors or internal teams
- Track orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment
- Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to align purchasing with project and inventory needs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management a plus
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; word, excel software a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the security, alarm, or electronics industry is a bonus
