About the Role: Raydal Hospitality is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Commissary Kitchen in Mount Holly, NC. Responsibilities:- Oversee all daily commissary kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient food production workflows
- Manage, mentor, and develop kitchen staff including hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance standards
- Monitor inventory, control food costs, and manage vendor relationships and purchasing
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production, packaging, and distribution
- Track key performance metrics and prepare operational reports for ownership
- Collaborate with culinary and logistics teams to meet production schedules and client demands
Requirements:- 3+ years of management experience in a commissary kitchen, food production, or high-volume foodservice environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and health department standards
- Experience with inventory management, cost control, and budget oversight
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership style
- ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Strong communication skills and a team-first, hospitality-driven mindset
- Bilingual (English-Spanish speaker) is a plus but NOT a requirement
