About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Bethany, CT. As an RBT with New Patterns ABA - CT, you will work closely with our team of behavior analysts and therapists to deliver high-quality ABA services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress
Providing positive reinforcement and reinforcement-based procedures to increase desired behaviors
Maintaining accurate records of client sessions and progress
Collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of each client's treatment plan and goals
Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress
Implement and reinforce positive behavioral strategies and reinforcement-based procedures
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
