What’s a typical day as an Assembly Worker? You’ll be:
  • Operating and overseeing the extrusion process of plastic products, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Performing set-ups, monitoring material usage, and managing production changeovers
  • Conducting dimensional and visual inspections, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Documenting measurements and production data using internal systems
  • Preparing finished goods for shipment, labeling and packaging per specifications
  • Identifying, labeling, and retaining non-conforming materials
  • Participating in continuous improvement and 5S activities
  • Communicating regularly with supervisors and team members
  • Following all safety protocols, using proper PPE, and performing basic preventative maintenance
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
  • Bring previous manufacturing experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Are comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Possess effective communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a team
  • Are detail-oriented and able to perform accurate inspections and data entry
