Help Shape the Future of Consumer Health

We're looking for a creative, curious, and hands-on content marketer to help bring our health and wellness brands to life.

This is a role for builders. You'll create content, experiment with new ideas and technologies, and help shape how consumers discover, learn about, and shop for products that support their health and wellbeing.

You'll work across multiple brands and channels, combining creativity, consumer insight, and AI-powered tools to create impactful content that drives engagement and business growth.

What You'll Do

Create Content That Gets Seen

• Develop original content across multiple consumer health and wellness brands.
• Create blog articles, website content, email campaigns, social posts, Amazon content, video scripts, and advertising copy.
• Turn consumer insights, trends, and complex health topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
• Adapt content across channels and formats to maximize reach and impact.

Use AI to Create Better Content, Faster

• Leverage AI and other creative technologies to accelerate content ideation, development, personalization, optimization, and repurposing.
• Stay current on emerging content, AI, and digital marketing tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness and team productivity through technology and automation.

Build, Collaborate, and Optimize

• Help shape each brand's voice and digital presence.
• Partner with agencies, creators, freelancers, and cross-functional teams to bring content to life.
• Manage influencers, affiliates and associated platformsH for content generation.
• Develop creative briefs and manage content workflows from ideation through approval and launch.
• Monitor performance and apply SEO, ecommerce, social, and analytics insights to continuously improve results.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, brand/product pages, editorial and communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across multiple digital channels.
• Experience personally creating content, not solely managing external partners.
• Proven ability to use AI and digital content creation tools to improve creativity and productivity.
• Familiarity with ecommerce, SEO, social platforms, content management systems, and analytics.
• Curious, adaptable, and energized by new ideas, technologies, and consumer trends.

Dr.Reddy's Laboratories offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined on the basis of role, experience, skill set and location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including comprehensive health care coverage, retirement savings plan and leave benefits.
