Your Impact

You’ll guide structural repair and residential construction efforts from start to finishsetting the bar for quality, modeling safe work practices, and communicating with clarity. You’ll collaborate across teams to hit timelines while adapting to changing site conditions without missing a detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute structural repairs and broad residential construction scopes with top-tier craftsmanship.
  • Operate independently with a safety-first, efficiency-driven approach.
  • Serve as a courteous, knowledgeable point of contact for homeownersexplaining the work and answering questions.
  • Evaluate conditions on site and adjust plans while maintaining quality.
  • Partner with teammates and other departments to complete projects on schedule.
  • Keep job sites orderly, clean, and safe throughout the project.
  • Uphold our values: professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude.
What You Bring
  • Preferred: 3 years of proven experience in construction, carpentry, or skilled trades.
  • Deep understanding of residential construction practices and structural repair techniques.
  • Independent work style with strong teamwork and reliability.
  • Broad, flexible skill set across multiple construction and repair tasks.
  • Clear communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials/equipment in both indoor and outdoor environments.
