Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Bilingual Translator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Fletcher, NC. Sound like something you’re interested in? Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on shiftShifts:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:15 PM - 7:15 AM
  • Up to 7 hours per shift. Must be available to work weekends as needed.

What’s a typical day as Bilingual Translator? You’ll be:
  • Providing real-time English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English translation during daily manufacturing operations
  • Supporting communication between production employees, supervisors, team leads, and management
  • Assisting employees with understanding work instructions, safety requirements, quality expectations, and procedures
  • Supporting onboarding and training activities to ensure clear understanding of job duties and workplace expectations
  • Translating work-related documents, safety communications, and operational information as needed
  • Maintaining a regular presence on the shop floor throughout your shift
  • Developing an understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment to better support production teams
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Are fluent in both English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills (must have)
  • Have prior manufacturing or production experience (preferred, not required)
  • Are able and willing to learn production processes and machine operation
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Are able to stand and walk for up to 7 hours per shift
  • Are available to work weekends as needed
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
