Job Role:

Title : Manufacturing Operator

Contract : 12months

Work Location : 5485 County Road V Sheboygan Falls WI 53085 USA

Shift: :Friday - Sunday, 12-hour Day Shift (6am-6:30pm). Additional 4 hours to meet weekly 40 hrs scheduled

Pay rate : $22 - 25/hr

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Support membrane manufacturing operations in a 24/7 production environment.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous production.

• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures at all times.

• Verify materials and equipment meet quality standards before use.

• Identify equipment issues and assist with corrective actions when required.

• Perform in-process testing and record results accurately.

• Support managers, supervisors, and team members across multiple shifts.

• Follow FDA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, DOT, and other regulatory requirements.

• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.

• Participate in safety and job-related training programs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 2-3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
