THE OPPORTUNITYAs a CNC Programmer, you will transform engineering concepts and raw materials into highly precise, functional components. You will develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs while working closely with Process Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure programs are safe, efficient, repeatable, and capable of consistently meeting customer and engineering requirements.
This role is ideal for a programmer who is comfortable working in a close-tolerance milling environment and has hands-on experience with multi-axis and 5-axis machining.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEEquivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
COMMUNICATION & TECHNICAL SKILLSThe successful candidate must be able to read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation, engineering drawings, tooling catalogs, machining references, and technical information related to machining processes.
The ability to effectively communicate technical information to machinists, supervisors, engineers, and other internal customers is essential.

The employee will work in a professional manufacturing and engineering environment alongside CNC machinists, programmers, engineers, supervisors, and other manufacturing professionals.
