Machine Operator 2nd or 3rd Shift
Location: Mebane, NC 27302
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr. - $21/hr. on W2
Schedule:
2nd shift Monday–Friday, 03:00 PM–11:30 PM
3rd shift Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
Job Summary:
Seeking a Machine Operator 1 to support manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, feeding raw materials, performing quality inspections, packaging products, and completing production documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machines
- Feed raw materials and perform basic machine setup/startup
- Perform quality checks and inspect parts
- Package kits and maintain a clean work area
- Clear basic machine faults and make minor adjustments
- Complete paperwork accurately and follow GMP/SOP requirements
- Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures
- Work overtime as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Basic computer and English communication skills
