RN – Emergency Room (ER) | Macomb, IL
Contract:13 weeks
Shift:Nights, 3x12 (36 hrs/week guaranteed)
Unit:ER – 11 beds, 1:3–1:4 ratio
EMR:Cerner
Certs required:BLS, ACLS, PALS, SANE
Experience:3+ years ER required

Highlights:
Every other weekend/holiday
Grey top/black pants dress code
Not a trauma/stroke/STEMI center
ER sees ~40 pts/day
24/7 MD coverage, 12-hr NP coverage
ER techs on staff, limited sitters
Equipment: vent, CPAP, BiPAP, Vapotherm
Nurses read their own strips
