What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Complete service calls efficiently and accurately
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Provide outstanding customer experiences
• Maintain accurate job documentation
• Follow company safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Commercial & Residential Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications
• Experience using mobile technology and software
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (very low call-back rates)

Compensation --> $25-$35 per hour depending on experience. Plus Monthly Performance Bonuses

We are a small, family-owned company that services all of Madison & Limestone Counties. We handle custom new construction, remodels, new duct systems, replacements, service, maintenance and ventilation. We are a licensed HVAC & Gas Piping Contractor.
