As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with management and dispatch to deliver a first-class customer experience from the first call through job completion.

You will begin by training alongside experienced team members. Once fully trained, your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming customer calls and scheduling service appointments
• Communicating with dispatch, managers, and service professionals to coordinate jobs
• Updating customer information and job details accurately in our systems
• Adapting to customer needs and priority changes throughout the day
• Following the proven Mr. Rooter Plumbing customer service process
• Helping ensure every customer receives professional, friendly, and reliable service
