Supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
Monitor resident care and respond to changes in condition.
Ensure medications, treatments, and documentation are completed accurately.
Communicate with physicians, families, and nursing leadership as needed.
Address resident and staff concerns in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations.
Complete required reports and provide a thorough shift-to-shift report.
Serve as the nursing leader and resource during assigned weekend hours.
