This role focuses on the final assembly and finishing of specialty filters, screen products, vinyl covers, and hail protection products in accordance with customer-specific designs and specifications. You ensure each product is complete, functional, and visually appealing, while performing detailed quality inspections to verify dimensions, integrity, and adherence to standards. You work with hand and power tools, follow work instructions, and maintain accurate production and quality documentation, all while supporting a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.

Work EnvironmentYou work in a small production shop with a team of approximately 10 people on each shift, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Initial training takes place on first shift for about 3–4 weeks, typically from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. After training, you move to second shift, generally running from 3:15 p.m. to 12:45 a.m., Monday through Friday, with potential mandatory Saturday shifts when scheduled. The facility can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, so you should be comfortable working in varying temperatures. The environment is hands-on and tool-driven, with regular use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment, and an emphasis on maintaining an organized work area in line with 5S or plant standards. Safety procedures and PPE use are an integral part of daily operations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
