Senior Accountant
$80,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Month-end and year-end close
- Journal entries and general ledger maintenance
- Bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Process improvement initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations and leadership

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of accounting experience
Strong GAAP knowledge
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with accounting software such as Sage, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar

Accounts Payable Specialist
$60,000 - $70,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and payments
- Vendor account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate AP records
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Support month-end close activities
- Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams

Qualifications:
2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
Strong attention to detail
Excel proficiency
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, inventory, or service industries is a plus.
