Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Mechanic (1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift)
Job Description
This role focuses on maintaining and repairing production equipment in a food manufacturing environment, with approximately 80% of the work being mechanical and 20% electrical. You will independently perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process equipment, including chillers and boilers, ensuring reliable operation and minimal downtime. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, experience in a GMP environment, and the ability to understand Allen Bradley PLCs while working safely and efficiently across multiple shifts.

Work Environment
The role is based in a food manufacturing facility that operates under strict GMP standards. You will work around process equipment, chillers, boilers, and other industrial machinery in an environment where floors may be wet at times. Proper gowning and protective attire are required to maintain product safety and cleanliness. Maintenance support is needed across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, so schedules may involve shift work and coordination with production teams. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $79040.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
