What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies. They enjoy solving complex problems, experimenting with new tools, and collaborating with others to bring ideas to life.As an AI Agent Developer Intern, you will help design, build, test, andoptimizeAI-powered agents, copilots, and workflow automations.You'llgain hands-on experience working with modern AI platforms, large language models (LLMs), APIs, and low-code/no-code tools while partnering with experiencedfront-end and back-enddevelopers,data analysts,strategists, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Basic programming experience in JavaScriptand/orPython
- Basic understanding of MCP and A2A protocols for AI agents
- Familiarity with APIs, data structures,andweb technologies
- Proficiencywith Git,npmand modern development workflows
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking skills
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted development tools
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning emerging technologies and growing in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Strong communicationskills with the ability toidentifyworkflow challenges, pain points, and automation opportunities through stakeholder discussions
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure Functions, or similar workflow tools
- Demonstrated ability to build AI projects, chatbots, assistants, and workflow automations
- Experience designing AI agent personas, roles, knowledge domains, and guardrails
- Expertisein matching AI models to specific tasks, workflows, and business objectives
- Hands-on experience with Next.js, React,VercelChat SDKandAI Gateway
- Proficiencywith modern AI-assisted development tools and environments
- Familiarity with agent orchestration and iterative workflow frameworks, such asLangChain
