Job Title: Torque Technician
Job Description
The Torque Technician supports high-volume manufacturing production lines by ensuring all torque tools, processes, and audits operate reliably and within specification. This role focuses heavily on torque-related tooling, software and systems, and requires strong technical competency, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and production teams.

The role operates in a manufacturing environment focused on high-volume assembly and torque-controlled processes, using DC torque tools, pneumatic and electric tools, torque monitoring equipment, and software-based systems and databases. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, AL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.66 - $24.66/hr.
