Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management Analyst to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.Job Description and Responsibilities*This position is On-Site in Richmond, VA or Ft. Belvoir, VA.*Performs various Identity and Access Management services to ensure confidentiality, availability, integrity and non-repudiation of sensitive and classified information systems. Serves as an IA SME with regards to Access and Identity Management and all associated IA policies and procedures. Fully versed in the general tenets supporting the overall DOD implementation of its identity, credential, and access management service in accordance with DOD policy, procedures, and processes. Possess an understanding of how DOD Instruction 8520.03, Identity Authentication for Information, is used for access management by validating entities are granted or denied access to resources such as computer systems or data.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)Knowledge ofIdentity and Access Management (IAM)principles, technologies, and best practices.Knowledge ofDoD identity, credential, and access managementpolicies, procedures, and processes.Understanding ofauthentication, authorization, and access controlsfor systems, applications, and data.Familiarity withDoD Instruction 8520.03and its application to identity authentication and access management.Ability toassess access requirements, resolve IAM issues, and ensure compliancewith security policies and standards.Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and communication skillswith the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Desired KSABe a positive, self-motivated, and proactive person with the ability to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situationsCandidate must communicate effectively with team members, team lead, management, and government customersMust have the ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervisionMinimum Training, Education, and CertificationsSeven (7) years of relevant IT experience.IAT Level II baseline certificationsDoD PKI RA CertificationMinimum ClearanceTop SecretPhysical RequirementsRequired to stand, walk and sit; communicate verbally both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.Physical demands associated with this position include extensive walking (including stairs) throughout offices and between buildings.
