Electrical experience is a plus, but it isn’t everything. We are willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do:

No two days are exactly the same. You’ll work closely with our sales, warehouse, delivery, and customer teams to keep orders and material moving.

Responsibilities include:

• Helping electricians, contractors, estimators, and customers with orders, quotes, and project needs
• Assisting customers with bid opportunities and helping our team win business
• Receiving and organizing incoming material
• Identifying customer-owned or special-order material and proactively contacting customers by phone or text
• Coordinating will-call orders and deliveries
• Pulling and preparing customer orders
• Cutting wire and handling electrical materials
• Troubleshooting order, material, and customer-service issues
• Working with the entire CED Hollywood team to keep the operation running efficiently

Previous electrical, construction, warehouse, distribution, or customer-service experience is preferred, but not required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Electrical industry knowledge or experience preferred
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Strong communication and customer-service skills

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that may require:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, climbing, pushing, and pulling
• Working in tight spaces or at varying heights
• Routinely lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Occasionally handling materials weighing more than 70 lbs.
