SAP Business Consultant
PART-TIME 20-25 HOURS ON SITESeeking an SAP Business Consultant to serve as the bridge between North American business users and the Company’s global SAP team.
This position will help ensure that North American business requirements are effectively communicated, prioritized, and implemented within the Company's global SAP environment, enabling our teams to maximize the value of SAP S/4HANA and improve business operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an SAP S/4HANA environment and the following.
- MM (Materials Management)
- SD (Sales and Distribution):
- PP (Production Planning):
- WM (Warehouse Management):
he ability to effectively communicate with both business stakeholders and technical resources.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary liaison between business users and the global SAP team.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate operational needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
- Facilitate discussions and follow-up with SAP support teams to ensure business needs are understood and addressed.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution efforts with SAP resources.
- Develop process documentation and user guidance as needed.
Qualifications- 10+ years of SAP Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar experience.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.MM/SD/PP/WM
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable SAP solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization preferred.
