Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technician

• Where: Milwaukee, WI
• Pay: $30–$33 per hour
• Hours: Nights, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Schedule: Rotating (every other weekend off)

• Do you enjoy unraveling tough mechanical and electrical problems to get lines back online fast?
• Are you comfortable jumping between hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility systems in a single shift?

• Diagnose and correct faults on production equipmentmechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility-related.
• Perform routine PMs to extend asset life and prevent unplanned downtime.
• Use drawings, schematics, and OEM documentation to plan and execute quality repairs.
• Log work orders, parts, and findings accurately using our CMMS.
• Keep your bay neat, tools organized, and hazards eliminated.
• Adhere to safety procedures at all times, including Lockout/Tagout.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance peers to improve reliability and throughput.
• Immediately report equipment issues and safety concerns.

• Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven troubleshooting across multiple disciplines.
• Experience in at least three areas: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Welding, HVAC.
• CMMS proficiency for work order management.
• Works well solo and within a team setting.
• Personal basic hand tools required.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs.
• Completion of (or willingness to complete) training: forklift, aerial lift, and Lockout/Tagout.
