We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join the Medical-Surgical team at a leading acute care hospital in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Days (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary Range:
• • Starting: $26.40/hour
  • Approximately $33.00/hour with 10 years of experience
  • Up to $39.60/hour with 15+ years of experience
• Shift Differential: $4.25/hour for Nights
• Weekend Differential: None
• Sign-On Bonus:
• • $10,000 for Days
  • $15,000 for Nights
• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients upon admission and throughout each shift, reporting changes in condition promptly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions while documenting care accurately.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care and respond proactively to patient needs.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required (acute care experience not mandatory).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
