Your impact
- Operate CNC machines and tweak offsets to hold tight tolerances.
- Repeat high-volume tasks with excellent consistency and quality.
- Read prints, apply GD&T, and document inspections accurately.
- Support and learn setups alongside seasoned machinists.
- Leverage core machining know-how and controller functions to keep production moving.
- Run multiple machines within a cell for maximum output.
- Share knowledgecoach operators on repeatable processes.
- Pitch in with other duties to help the team win.
Bring these qualifications
- High school diploma required; CNC-related technical diploma preferred
- 2+ years’ machining experience
- Comfort with precision gauges and hand metrology
- Strong math and mechanical aptitude
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
