Own the flow: from requisition to reliable delivery

Imagine a critical component is at risk. You pull SIEVO/Celonis to pinpoint late orders, reach suppliers to unblock constraints, spin up a scheduling agreement to stabilize demand, and finalize a framework order to lift OER%. You reconcile GR/IR issues, document acknowledgements in SAP, and brief stakeholders on the recovery planall while upholding ISO and cGMP requirements. That’s the kind of endtoend impact you’ll have supporting our Lebanon site.

Deliver compliant, costeffective, and ontime purchasing for MRO, plant operating supplies, and servicesstrengthening supplier partnerships and enabling site objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute local purchasing and supply management with rigorous attention to detail and Corporate Social Responsibility, following internal Purchasing and Signature Guidelines.
  • Build and cultivate supplier relationships; act as the local market expert and trusted partner to internal customers.
  • Run sourcing events (RFQs/bids), analyze proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure ontime delivery.
  • Validate requisitions for accuracy and completeness; convert to POs with correct price, terms, and conditions.
  • Provide local insights to global procurement and drive initiatives like benchmarking and global sourcing to boost value and efficiency.
  • Produce operational and performance reporting from SAP and SIEVO/Celonis, including Open PO, OnTime Delivery, open requisitions, spend, and savings dashboards; contribute to KPI reporting.
  • Maintain SAP purchasing data (pricing, records, and material master) to high standards of accuracy.
  • Communicate with suppliers on escalations and roadblocks to maintain continuity of supply.
  • Manage expedites and pastdue orders; attach quotes and confirmations as acknowledgements to SAP POs.
  • Administer supplier vending programs and VMI across MRO, packaging, cleanroom, office, and janitorial categories.
  • Lift order efficiency rate (OER%) through alternative order strategies (SPOs, scheduling agreements, framework orders).
  • Lead sitelevel costreduction projects that deliver tangible benefits.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies via research and GR/IR clearing.
  • Develop shortterm action plans to mitigate supply risks related to quality, time, or quantity.
  • Conduct supplier performance ratings and business review meetings; coordinate sustainable development plans with key partners.
  • Support supplier audits and new product launches in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
  • Model EHS behaviors, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and uphold ISO 9001/14001/15378, cGMP, and company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct/safety guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field (required).
  • APICS/CPIM certification highly preferred.
  • 5+ years in material planning or purchasing; 3+ years of leadership/management experience preferred.
  • Depth in MRP/MPS (preferably SAP) and strong MS Office skillsespecially Excel; experience with SAP and electronic QMS systems.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/15378 and cGMP.
  • Effective English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, matrixed organization and collaborate broadly.
Work setting & schedule
  • Split between office and production floor environments (moderate noise).
  • Traditional hours Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with flexibility to support a 24/7 operation as needed.
